Can you guarantee me a successful rental?
Noone can guarantee the success of your rental unit. However, we never had an unsatisfying experience and can promise to put our best efforts into earning your trust and earning your unit the business it deserves.
How do your fees work?
Once your account and rental are set up, you will start receiving payouts from rental platforms weekly.
Host-It send you a receipt once a month calculating 20% of what your guests paid.
If you have opted for a cleaning service, then you will also be billed per cleaning performance. However, note that you also receive cleaning fees from guests in addition to the nights price!
